Sometimes, as a business man and President (particularly as Head of Marketing), I understand that time and resources could be sparse. As such, it may be difficult to take care of the general appearance of your brand. This takes a special discipline, such as that of conducting an orchestra or curating an exhibiton.
It takes a conceptual comprehensible manual in the hands of an experienced curator to provide a special tone. When this tone is clean, then the picture is perfect!

FIRST THINGS FIRST, I OFFER THE HELLOBRAND. QUICK CHECK.
ONE WEEK OF “UNDERSTANDING, RECOGNIZING, MIRRORING.”
I will be at your company for three days, during which I will speak to you at eye-level. On the fourth day, I will develop the summary, which I will present on the fifth day. During this presentation, I will discuss the current brand atmosphere and will draft a recommendation. First, I will gain an overview of your brand communication: From product development to customer contacts. That is – the entire story of all-possible touch points of your brand. Internally and externally. Real and Digital.

a.) Identity. This includes reflecting upon your history and positioning work.
b.) Design: What is your internal and public image? What is your interface and web design? What are all the faces of your corporate design?
c.) Communication: How have you positioned your internal and external organizational communication? Classical and digital social?
Concerning the above, the following further conversations will take place:
- With the Client/Owner/President
- With the Responsible Communication/Brand/Design
- With the Responsible Personnel/Internal Communication
- With the Responsible F&E/Product development
- And with the Responsible Sales & Clients
Subsequently, a reflection of your market atmosphere will follow along with presentation of first insights and a designed moodboard: „Presentation of the future brand - Setting Sails”.
A SECOND WEEK HELLOBRAND. DEEP DIVE CAN NOW BE DONE.
Conversational partners from week one, together with specialists and in facilitation from HELLOBRAND. – will be invited to a two-day workshop. All participants will receive ‚homework’ to be completed in advance. Together, we will plan and develop your brand interface „Identity, Design, and Internal/External Communication“.

- Update Brand & Product Story (Origin, Meaning, Innovation and Future)
- Brand Promise, The „Joy of Use“ (Brand Usage/Reference Groups Product)
The workshop results will be analyzed and positioned in the next two days. Here, a creative guide will be created with a first design-proposal. The pop-up presentation, which will discuss the results and proposal, will take place on day five.
Upon request, the design-spread and budget basics for the communications and design agency selection will be done. In addition, the screening of different potential partners (also with specializations) will be provided as recommendations to the client.
4. DESIGN MANAGEMENT/INTERIM MANAGER.
Hellobrand. will also serve as temporary interim manager with the client – gladly on site. The only requirement for these onsite visits are appointments made directly with me.
